• Image of Winter Bandanna w/liner

Hi!

I have been sporting bandannas for over 25 years (god I'm getting old) and wished the other day that I had a warmer one for cold weather wear, then duh, it hit me: I can make one! So I did and I have to say I'm very pleased with the result.

I thought that maybe it was too goofy for the mainstream but as I've been out and about in the world, yes I've gotten some goofy looks but overall people like it and a couple people have expressed interest in owning one so here it is, the Winter Bandanna!

Made with Polartec Windbloc, a soft, supple, quiet, windproof, waterproof, breathable fleece and lined with Polartec 200 weight fleece. Both have a durable water repellent treatment (DWR), are non piling and double velour (smooth finish) on both sides. Wear with or without the liner depending on the weather.

It Velcros in the back so it can adjust some in size. You can hang your hair out the back. You can wear it over a more traditional snow cap when the weather turns to serious crap. My Velcro is good for twice the number of pulls of most others on the market. I sew with Gutermann thread, with love and attention to detail.

Current Sheĺl Colors Available: Black outside / Dark Olive inside, Deep Green outside / Light Olive inside.

Current Liner Colors Available: Red, Electric Blue, Yellow, Black, Pea Green, Purple, Orange, Ivy Green.

As with all my other products this one is currently made to order only. Turnover is within a week but usually within a day or two. If you're interested in starting a new fad with me, place your order right now and soon you'll be the coolest frood in your hood.

P.S. you can also wear it around your neck and face like a neck warmer / bandana, tucking the point into your jacket. It works great!

The picture of the winter ninja is me in a tunnel on one of those 11 degrees below zero nights, in my Winter Bandana and a Neck Warmer with a Hattitude. I wear the NWH upside-down when it's extra cold or windy, with the Windbloc over my face instead of the 200 weight fleece. Despite the cold, I was snug as a bug in a rug :)
