N.W.H. Neck Warmer w/a Hattitude!

Made with Polartec Windpro wind resistant fleece and Polartec 200 weight fleece, it's a neck warmer/hat with a toggled drawstring. It was made so you pull the 200 up over your face, keeping the Windpro around your neck but when it's really windy I flip it and tuck the 200 into my jacket and cover my face with the wind blocking stuff!

When you need a hat, just pull it up, cinch the top closed and roll up the sides to double up the Windpro protection over your ears and forehead. If you get too warm, open the top and vent out. It's also grest if you want to stick your ponytail out which you can't to with a traditional cap!
